The Penalty Box Workout
In life, you need rules to reach your goals. The same goes for your workouts. Just yesterday, I got a new toy and it’s going to help you stay “in line” thanks to @penaltyboxfitness. Check out this Penalty Box Workout.
1️⃣ Narrow Squat to Wide Squat
2️⃣ Plyometric Push-Up to Eccentric Pike Push-Up
3️⃣ Around-The-World Plank 😜
4️⃣ Single Leg Romanian to Deadlift to Curtsy Lunge
5️⃣ High Knee Run to Squat Jump
Perform each of these for :40 seconds (each side) with :20 seconds to recover in between and a 1-2 minute break before repeating the circuit.
